Is Colorado True North licensed and insured?
Yes Colorado True North is Licensed as a general contractor in Colorado and insured. Tim we may need more information here to spell out what the difference is between licensed and insured and how that relates to the potential client
How long does a typical construction project take?
Each project is different because of many variables including vision, materials used, time of year to name a few. We develop a comprehensive schedule for your specific project and work with you to ensure you understand the risk to the schedule. We will keep you up to date throughout the project to ensure you are tracking the completion date and changes to the schedule that may be required.
How do you charge for projects?
Colorado True North develops a bid based on your project needs. Our bid will constrain the project to the defined parameter’s. Any additions to the project will be billed at an hourly rate.
Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?
Colorado True North has our own crew for the majority of the work. We subcontract to address specialized needs like plumbing and electrical. However, we use subcontracts that we have vetted and worked with in the past. Because you have hired us to complete the project we manage the needs and requirements of the subcontract.
Who is responsible for getting the necessary permits?
Colorado True North is responsible for getting all permits and required approvals prior to the start of work.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on the work you do?
We offer limited warranties as identified in our signed contracts. We will go over the warranty with you prior to signing the contract. We guarantee the work based on the agreed to project parameter’s and go through the completed effort with you prior to leaving the job.
What is your service area?
We service all of Colorado. Our main service area is the front range which includes, Colorado Springs, Denver Metro Area, Castle Rock, Pueblo, Pueblo West, Cannon City, Cripple Creek, Woodland Park, Golden, Boulder, Fort Colins.
